Story
We are a family-run business, founded with the goal of bringing a taste of our home country, Trinidad, to the vibrant and diverse island of Koh Tao. Inspired by traditional, mouthwatering flavors, our menu celebrates the rich culinary heritage of the Caribbean.
Our restaurant is the creation of a Trinidadian father-and-son duo, passionate about sharing authentic dishes with the local community and visitors alike.
Jerk chicken, one of our signature offerings, has deep roots in the Caribbean. The seasoning and slow-grilling technique found fertile ground across the region—especially in Trinidad.
Port of Spain, our bustling capital, is a true melting pot—home to Afro-Trinidadian, Indo-Trinidadian, Chinese, Lebanese, European, and Indigenous communities. This diversity shines through in our music, festivals, and especially our food. In Port of Spain, a single meal might draw from five different cultures and still feel entirely local.
We’ve found the perfect spot and are working diligently to open our doors by mid-2025.
